We are committed to delivering your ordered rugs, cushions, curtains, and blankets safely and quickly to your address within the United States.
- Delivery Area
Coverage includes the 48 contiguous states of the United States (currently not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam). - Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 days
Expedited Delivery: 2–3 days
Delivery time is calculated from the order shipment date, not the order placement date. Delays may occur during holidays or inclement weather. - Order Processing
Packaging and shipping will be completed within 1–3 business days after order placement.
You will receive an email notification with the tracking number after shipment.
- Carriers
We primarily cooperate with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, automatically selecting the optimal carrier based on your address. - Receipt and Issues
Please inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If any damage is found, you may refuse delivery or take photos as evidence. - Address Change: You can contact customer service to change the address before shipment; however, it cannot be changed after shipment, and you will need to contact the carrier yourself or bear the forwarding costs.
