Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase of rugs, cushions, curtains, and blankets. If you are not satisfied, you can still apply for a return within the specified period, even if the item has been opened.

  1. Return Period
    Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Return Conditions
    Even if the item has been opened, removed, or tried, it can still be returned (provided it does not affect resale, except for excessive soiling or damage).

It is recommended to keep the original packaging, but it is not mandatory.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Quality issues: Shipping costs will be borne by Praxane INC (please contact customer service first to obtain a prepaid label).

Non-quality issues (including opened items): Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

  1. Refund Method
    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to quality problems.

  1. Exceptions
    The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened items that are visibly soiled, have pet hair, smell of smoke, or are otherwise damaged.

  1. Exchanges
    For exchanges (e.g., changing size or color), please process a return and place a new order.
